Effective Date: September 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.lifelinetaxsolutions.com (the “Website”) and any text message program operated by Lifeline Tax Solutions LLC (“Lifeline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website or enrolling in our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our messaging services.

Our team includes licensed tax attorneys, certified public accountants (CPAs), enrolled agents, and tax preparers. No Professional Relationship Created by Website Use

Using the Website, submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text does not by itself create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship. A professional relationship is formed only when you and Lifeline sign a written engagement agreement.

Once signed, your engagement agreement governs the services we provide, including fees, payment terms, cancellation rights, and refunds. If these Terms conflict with your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Informational Content Only; Not Tax or Legal Advice

Content on the Website, including blog posts, FAQs, videos, and descriptions of IRS programs, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not tax, legal, or financial advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who has reviewed your specific circumstances. Tax laws and IRS procedures change frequently, and we do not guarantee that all Website content is current or complete.

No Guarantee of Results

Every tax situation is different. Descriptions of IRS programs such as Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Not Collectible status, and Penalty Abatement are general in nature. Eligibility and outcomes are determined solely by the IRS or the applicable state taxing authority. Past results, client reviews, and testimonials do not guarantee a similar outcome in your case.
